As a leading figure in China's PVP industry and the technical director of Huzhou Sunflower, he is very familiar with every link in PVP production, and timely monitors the quality of all processes to ensure the quality of products. At the same time, he is also very familiar with the upstream and downstream products of PVP, and controls the product quality from the source.

A foreign PhD in chemistry is responsible for Huzhou Sunflower's R & D on PVP products. He will conduct in-depth research and development in all application areas of PVP products. He has professional and unique insights into all PVP application products currently on the market. If customers have any problems when using the products, he will provide the most professional, effective and timely help.

For after-sales service, we have a team responsible for each customer, including salesmen (responsible for any problems in the early sales activities), document clerks (responsible for any problems with customs clearance at the customer's destination port), QC (responsible for any quality problems encountered by customers when using the products regarding PVP products), and R & D (responsible for any technical problems encountered by customers when using PVP to produce their own products).

In addition, we have an exclusive folder for each customer, recording the batch number and test data from the customer's sample delivery to the start of each batch of bulk goods, for reference in the cooperation with the customer. For each relevant sample and bulk goods, we will retain the sample for two years.

At the same time, we have a detailed process for customer complaints internally to ensure that when we receive customer complaints, we can find and solve problems as quickly as possible.

Huzhou Sunflower will provide the corresponding COA for each batch of goods, guarantee the test results of each item of the product to customers, and be responsible for the results. The COA can be used as a basis for customers to check the quality of the product when they receive the goods, and they can raise objections and claims based on it.

At the same time, the COA will mark the appropriate storage conditions and its shelf life. Customers can test and raise objections and claims at will during the shelf life.
