Huzhou Sunflower is located in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, close to China's largest port: Shanghai Port. The factory covers an area of 14,000 square meters, with an annual output of up to 3,000 tons. The laboratory covers an area of 1,000 square meters to ensure the quality of the products, while conducting more comprehensive analysis and research and development of PVP products.

When each batch of raw materials arrives, the QC department will take samples and test them according to the COA provided by the supplier. The test results will be recorded and the sample retention time is 2 years.
After passing the test, the QC department will use the raw materials of this batch for small-scale tests, that is, use the raw materials of this batch to produce a small amount of PVP, and test the PVP to see if it meets the results.
The QC department has formulated a detailed schedule. At each step and each time node, the products in production will be fully tested and the results will be recorded in the book, so as to control the quality of the products in real time and solve the problems in time.
The QA department will test the bulk goods and record all the test results. Unqualified products will be placed in the unqualified product warehouse.
